Project Overview
PV Plus approached us to create custom embroidered workwear, starting with sample orders to ensure quality and precision. Our first step was to transform their vector logo into a precise stitch pattern. This involved carefully matching thread colours and crafting the direction of stitches to achieve a seamless and sleek look.
Our goal was to maintain consistency with our previous high-quality work. The initial samples included jackets and breathable gym-style T-shirts, which showcased our attention to detail and craftsmanship.
These successful samples led to a larger order of over 50 items, highlighting PV Plus’s confidence in our capabilities.
Embroidery Testing Phase
During the embroidery testing phase, we experimented with multiple fabric types to ensure the logo looked perfect on each garment. This process was crucial for maintaining the integrity of the design across different materials.
We tested the stitch patterns on various fabrics to identify any potential issues and make necessary adjustments. This thorough testing ensured that the final products met our high standards.
By the time we fulfilled the larger order, we had developed three distinct logo stitch patterns tailored for various items, such as polos, T-shirts, hats and coats, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish across all products.
Final Delivery
The final delivery to PV Plus included over 50 custom embroidered items, each meticulously crafted to reflect their brand.
The three distinct logo stitch patterns we developed were tailored to suit different types of garments, guaranteeing uniformity in appearance and durability.
Our careful selection of thread colours and stitch directions ensured that each piece of workwear was not only functional but also visually appealing.
The consistency across all items—from jackets to gym-style T-shirts—demonstrated our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
This project reinforced our reputation for delivering high-quality custom embroidery and left PV Plus highly satisfied with their new workwear collection
